The chemical hose is designed for suction and discharge of most corrosive liquid chemicals, especially high aromatic solvents, strong acids and alkalis.

Basic Information
  • Inner tube: UHMWPE combined with EPDM rubber (with a tensile strength ≥ 13MPa)
  • Reinforcement: Fabric cord wrapping + spiral steel wire
  • Outer layer: EPDM rubber with weather, ozone, and abrasion resistance (with a tensile strength ≥ 13MPa)
  • Appearance: Smooth or corrugated surface
  • Temperature range: -40°C to +90°C
  • Safety factor: 3:1
  • Color: Available in various colors including black, blue, etc.

Features
Featuring an inner lining of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, our hose demonstrates exceptional corrosion resistance. Enhanced by EPDM rubber inner and outer layers, it excels in temperature resistance and aging properties, ensuring lightweight and easy operation for prolonged use across diverse working conditions.
