With abrasion resistance index of 50-70mm3, the rubber material handling hose conforms to ISO 4649. This heavy duty rubber hose features antistatic electricity, superior abrasion resistance, and smooth flow during conveying, making it suitable for use in the transfer of dry bulk materials including sand, gravel, fertilizers, lime.

  • Inner tube: NR + Butadiene rubber compound (tensile strength ≥17MPa)
  • Inner tube abrasion coefficient: ≤0.06
  • Reinforcement: Braided textile cord + Spiral steel wire
  • Outer cover: NR + Styrene-butadiene rubber compound (tensile strength ≥9MPa)
  • Working temperature: -20°C to 80°C
  • Appearance: Smooth or corrugated surface
  • Safety factor: 3:1
  • Color: Available in various colors such as black, green, etc.
