The Hydraulic oil suction and discharge hose is a vital component designed to efficiently handle the suction and delivery of hydraulic fluids, including glycols, mineral oils, lubricants, emulsions, and hydrocarbons. Basic Information
  • Inner tube: Nitrile + Butyl rubber compound (tensile strength ≥7MPa)
  • Reinforcement: Single/double layer textile cord braided or textile cord wrapped
  • Outer cover: Butyl + Chloroprene rubber compound (tensile strength ≥9MPa)
  • Working temperature: -20°C to 80°C
  • Safety factor: 3:1
  • Color: Available in various colors such as black, red, etc.

Application
The rubber oil suction and delivery hose features good oil mist resistance, high flexibility, and long service life, which is specially used for the suction and delivery of petroleum products with aromatic content up to 20%. This rubber hose is ideally suitable for use in the oil return system of hydraulic pipeline.
