Ship-to-Shore Oil Transfer Project in Philippines

This ship-to-shore crude oil transfer system in the Philippines requires 250 mm-diameter hoses designed specifically for crude oil transport. Zebung offered a solution that features two key innovations:

  • Adopting a single 50-meter extra-long hose to significantly reduce the number of pipeline joints and enhance overall system sealing integrity and reliability.
  • An external buoyancy module system was employed instead of a self-floating hose structure, providing stable flotation and offering a more cost-efficient engineering solution.

Since entering operation in 2020, the hose system has maintained a record of zero failures and no negative feedback, fully validating its high reliability and exceptional durability in large-flow, long-distance offshore crude oil transfer.
