This client in Venezuela commissioned Zebung’s team to deliver a complete submarine hose system design solution. Based on the client’s specific operational needs, we precisely defined the overall hose configuration. Using advanced hydrodynamic analysis and structural mechanical assessments—covering key factors like tensile strength, stiffness, and maximum load capacity—we scientifically determined the layout, quantity, and weight of each ballast ring. At the same time, we optimized ballast materials and external appearance.

We ultimately delivered a customized solution with high safety, reliability, and performance compatibility, fulfilling the client’s requirements.
