Power Barge in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

This project involves a gas supply system for an offshore power barge in Brazil. Specialized hoses transfer natural gas from a regasification vessel to the power barge, which generates electricity offshore and consistently transmits it to shore through power lines. The system operates continuously, 24 hours a day, year-round.

Since commissioning in 2022, the hose system has consistently delivered stable and reliable performance, effectively supporting offshore power generation and the energy transmission chain. It demonstrates outstanding durability and operational assurance under harsh marine environments and continuous operating conditions.

  • Hydraulic Oil Suction and Discharge Hose

The Hydraulic oil suction and discharge hose is a vital component designed to efficiently handle the suction and delivery of hydraulic fluids, including glycols, mineral oils, lubricants, emulsions, and hydrocarbons.
  • One End Reinforced Half Floating Hose

One end reinforced half floating hose is used for connecting with the single point mooring buoy system or CALM (catenary anchor leg mooring) buoy system to transport crude oil and petroleum fluids between FPSO and tanker.
  • Sandblast Hose

The heavy-duty wear hose, also known as a sandblast hose, is meticulously crafted to facilitate the transfer of materials highly resistant to sand and other abrasive substances.
