Designed without float collards, the submarine hose features textile reinforced bonded elastomers used as the lining. This one end reinforced subsea hose is used for connecting with the buoy systems, subsea manifolds, etc.

• Primary carcass inner lining: smooth, oil- and fuel-resistant seamless extruded NBR.
• Secondary carcass: specially designed to prevent defects or damage caused by accidental tearing or surface damage to the primary liner
• Reinforcement: multiple layers of high tensile textile cord, with one embedded steel wire helix
• Inner tube cover: smooth black oil-resistant synthetic rubber.
• Outer cover: smooth black synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, oil, seawater and sunlight, with a spiral orange stripe
• Floating medium (single/double carcass): closed cell foam
• Flange: ASME B16.5 Class 150 or Class 300 weld neck flange, with flat face (FF) or raised face (RF), depending on the requirements
